FHA Title 1 Loan

Up to $25,000For eligible improvements to a single-family home. For eligible multifamily properties with 2–5 units, financing is available up to $12,000 per unit.

  • Fixed-rate financing; no down payment or home equity required, subject to lender approval.
  • Shoreham currently lists a 640 minimum credit score and a 45% maximum debt-to-income ratio for this program.
  • New residential structures must be completed and occupied for at least 90 days.

Advantage Loan

Up to $65,000 additionalAvailable only with an FHA Title 1 Loan. Together, the programs can provide up to $90,000 for eligible single-family home improvements.
